Lara Danielle believes that the client ultimately holds the answers themselves and through the therapeutic interaction, can develop the tools to realize and challenge their difficulties. She is skilled with assessments and treatment planning to assist her clients in doing this to their highest potential. She uses a wide variety of therapeutic approaches including, strength-based, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, play, art, music, and/or psychodynamic therapies. Most usually, she uses a combination of therapies which, through the therapeutic interaction, present themselves as most efficient to working with the client. Lara Danielle has a passion for the outdoors, and for clients who enjoy being within a natural setting, she offers walk and talk therapy, as well.
